Wooden pallet facility
Our new wooden pallet facility is made up of 8 workshops, each producing around 500 new pallets per day. Pallets of all specifications up to 2000 mm can be manufactured and because our timber is imported at very competitive prices, these great savings can be passed on to our customers.

New Two way pallet
Two way pallets are constructed using a frame of  two parallel pieces of timber called (stringers). The The top deck boards are then nailed across the stringers to create the pallet These pallet are a simple construction and can be designed to suit the load. They are usually a more cost effective option as usually less timber is required.

New Four way pallet
Suitable for racking, four way pallets are typically stronger than two way pallets as you have stringers. These are boards that run the length of the pallet, top and bottom of each wooden block as well as across the width. Generally more timber is required for this so the pallet is stronger and usually more expensive.

ISPM15 Standard for Phytosanitary Measures requires that pallets for export are treated to kill any wood born pests.
